In his earlier life, Ura was a very successful Senior Executive in Entrepreneurial early stage businesses with a global focus, and was a conscious integrous leader before the world had realised that was a thing. Ura has done extensive personal development work including Men's Work, and the Path of Love, and in 2002 completed the month long Columbia University Senior Executive Program in New York.
